Your first ever reason to increase traffic is so that you can begin to
flow some 'life' into your business processes. This means you have some
action going.By having more traffic you will get more statistics and
know which part of your business is working. You can tweak and improve
or automate parts that are costing you a painful amount of time to
follow.
Static Pages Versus Dynamic Pages. You've seen countless of
individuals actually monetize via AdSense or perhaps just by driving
traffic to their affiliate pages. Now in either situations they are
static pages. Those are pages which do not update often. Dynamic pages
are in fact more search engine friendly.
Once you have it on your notepad just try to rewrite each and every
sentence into your own words. Its tough at first but please do not give
up. Practice makes perfect and after about the 5th article you should
get the hang of it. Once you have develop a familiarity of rewriting
then you can move on to write your own articles independently. The next
step of course is not to increase traffic to my website but yours. So,
just submit it to some free article directory sites and put a tag line
that points to your own website address at the end.
Many online businesses utilize data feeds as a way to help their
affiliates. If you are not familiar with this concept, a data feed is
file that contains a list of products, descriptions and prices for
individual items that are sold by a company. With a data feed, you can
create a specific content page for each product. So if an affiliate
program has thousands of products, then you can create thousands of
pages of quality content. As you probably know, the more content usually
leads to more traffic.
Start putting in original content, copy and linked content to
others, and several other type posts in your blog now. But try to some
how work in the keyword phrase into everything you post. Each time the
phrase appears makes your blog higher in Google because of relativity to
the key word phrase (the Google robots "assume" that because the
keyword phrase has been stated several times in the blog, that the blog
"must" be relevant to the keyword phrase).
Another great way to increase traffic is by creating a free report
on your specific niche. Advertise this free report on forums, classified
ad sites, or other locations throughout the Internet. Have it available
on your website, and to increase your future sales, make it available
only after a visitor has signed up for your opt in list.
Forum Marketing
The second way to increase web page traffic is to participate in
forum discussion. Search for forum in your niche and participate in the
discussions. The key is to provide quality solution to problem others
are seeking answers. Remember to include a link back to your site so
that interested forum participants can get to know your site, and most
importantly the product you're representing.
